Exterior Repairs: Exterior work that includes painting, patching, minor repair, brush removal, and replacement of exterior building materials for maintaining good or sound condition.

  • Repair or replace roof

  • Addressing code violations issued from the county, city, or homeowner’s associations (i.e., brush removal, deck repairs, porch repairs, painting, or shutters) Repair or replace exterior doors

  • Repair or replace broken windows

  • Siding, trim, or gutter repairs

  • Caulking around exterior doors and windows

  • Installing weather stripping around exterior doors

Interior Repairs: Interior work performed to address health and safety issues or code violations.

  • Minor plumbing and electrical work

  • Repair or patch flooring and drywall

  • Replacing or repairing heating and cooling systems

  • Carpentry repairs (interior stairs, door frames, transitions in floors).

  • Hot water heaters

Accessibility Modifications: Exterior or Interior work to prevent trips or falls, increase accessibility within the home, and increase ability to complete activities of daily living.

  • Installation of grab bars

  • Additional handrails on interior or exterior staircases

  • Wheelchair ramps

  • Stairlifts

  • Installation of low-curb shower

  • ADA compliant toilets
