Microsoft Corporation to Partner with Loudoun Habitat for Humanity

Microsoft Corporation has announced a commitment to increase affordable housing here in Loudoun County through a partnership with Loudoun Habitat for Humanity.  This commitment includes:

 ·  Funding to support housing projects to provide homeownership opportunities to low-income Loudoun County residents

·   Teams of volunteers to help with new construction projects, home renovation projects and/or home repair projects

·   Technology support for Loudoun Habitat for Humanity’s new Learning Center

 "Microsoft is pleased to partner with Loudon Habitat for Humanity and support the organization's efforts to increase affordable housing in the community,” said Rudy Hassall, Datacenter Project Manager at the Microsoft Blue Ridge Datacenter. “Microsoft is committed to making a positive impact in communities around the globe and investing in projects based on local priorities, such as providing affordable housing for residents of Loudoun County."
